Raymond Glasgow owns a jewelry shop called Glasgow Jewelers. He is spoken to about his blue Toyota Camry and his license plate (MJA459). He is not The Anarchist. He was at a jewelers convention in San Diego during the time of the murder of Sandra Lutrell.
It is believed that Harrison Schofield switched his car's plates with Glasgow's car's plates.
